Eid-el-Fitr: Oyibode Charges Muslims on Unity, Peaceful Coexistence.

The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP, FCIA, has felicitated with Muslim faithful in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State and across the world on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, calling for unity among Muslims in Udu.

In a goodwill message marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan, the Council Chairman commended the Muslims in Udu for their devotion, sacrifice, and steadfast commitment to the values of faith, discipline, compassion, and generosity.

Oyibode emphasized the need for unity across religious and ethnic lines, urging Muslims and all residents of Udu to continue to live together in peace and harmony for the overall progress of the local government.

He noted that the lessons of Ramadan promoting love, tolerance and selflessness should be sustained beyond the fasting period, stressing that unity remains the bedrock of meaningful development in any society.

The Udu Council boss reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance and equitable development, assuring that no segment of Udu would be left behind in his drive to build a more prosperous and united Udu.

He further prayed that the Eid-el-Fitr celebration would usher in renewed hope, divine blessings, and lasting peace for all Muslim faithful in Udu and beyond.

Oyibode wished the Muslim Ummah a joyful and fulfilling Eid celebration.
